3.2 Payment

Accepted payment methods: Credit/debit cards, PayPal, and Stripe,etc.
Taxes and duties: Prices exclude applicable taxes, which will be added at checkout. International buyers are responsible for customs fees.
Failed Payments: Unpaid orders may be canceled after 7 days.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Coverage: We ship to major cities/regions in US/NY, excluding remote areas.
Timelines: Processing takes 1–3 business days; shipping times vary by method (see our Shipping Policy).
Delivery Issues: Notify us within 48 hours of receiving damaged/missing items.

5. Returns & Exchanges

Non-Custom Items: Return within 30 days for a refund (conditions apply; see Returns Policy).
Custom Items: Non-returnable unless defective or incorrectly fulfilled. Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

6. Intellectual Property

Ownership: All content on our website (e.g., text, images, trademarks) is our property or licensed to us.
User Content: You retain ownership of design assets submitted to us but grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, modify, and reproduce them for order fulfillment.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages (e.g., lost profits, delays).
Our maximum liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the affected product(s).

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising from your use of our Services, including infringement of third-party rights.
