- We ship to all major cities and regions across US/NY, excluding remote or hard-to-reach areas (e.g., rural villages, islands).
- For international orders, we currently serve select countries in North America, Europe, and Asia.
- Note: Remote areas are determined based on carrier restrictions. Contact us for eligibility before placing an order.
1.2 Shipping Methods & Timelines
- Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
- Domestic Shipping:
- Standard: 3–7 business days via tracked ground service.
- Expedited: 1–3 business days via express courier (additional fees apply).
- International Shipping:
- Standard: 7–14 business days (duties/taxes may apply, paid by the recipient).
- Express: 3–5 business days (fees vary by destination).
1.3 Shipping Costs
- Free Shipping: Orders qualify for free standard shipping.
- Expedited/International Rates: Calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and carrier.
1.4 Tracking & Delivery
- A confirmation email with a tracking number will be sent once your order ships.
- Delivery delays due to weather, customs, or carrier issues are beyond our control. We will assist with inquiries.
2. Returns & Exchanges
2.1 Eligibility
- Non-Customized Items: Returns/exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery, provided items are unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
- Customized Items: Due to their personalized nature, returns/exchanges are not accepted unless the product is defective or incorrectly fulfilled by us.
2.2 Defective or Incorrect Orders
- If you receive a damaged, faulty, or misprinted item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Provide photos of the issue and your order details. We will replace the item at no cost or offer a full refund.
2.3 Returns Process

- Ship the item(s) back to our designated address (customer responsible for return shipping costs unless the issue is our error).
- Upon inspection, we will process your refund/exchange within 5–7 business days.
2.4 Refunds
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Processing times vary by payment provider (e.g., 3–10 business days for credit cards).
3. Exceptions & Limitations
- Custom Products: Changes to design specs (e.g., colors, fonts) after production begins are not permitted.
- Perishable Items: No returns accepted for food, candles, or other time-sensitive goods.
- Final Sale Items: Discounted or clearance items are non-returnable unless defective.
